I COMP'ed

Yay, i comped on my CHEST.
Which means I am competent enough to take a chest Xray without any supervision.
Now for this semester, i have to comp on the HAND, WRIST and ABDOMEN ahhh
I was so nervous, but i passed. Its so hard to remember to Shield the patient so they don't get to much radiation, and to remember what position to put the patient in, what projection to use, what landmarks are for what, when to use the correct markers, but seems like when you have a patient in the room, it just comes natural. Practicing on students confuses the shit out of me.
Anyways 3 months into the program with 93 more weeks til graduation, whoo hoo ( sarcastically said)
